My Dell 1536 laptop will not boot up the operating system. I tried to reinstall Vista Home Premium using the Dell backup disk. The computer freezes about 3/4 through the install. I tried to format the partition and then install and it still freezes. I then deleted the partition and created two partitions both approximately 150gb in size. I then tried to format the primary partition and tried to reinstall Windows Vista over the partition. It still froze 3/4 through the install. I also tried system recovery. The computer ran for 2 hours trying to pull up Windows with no luck. Can someone help me please?
