I need a program which monitors all file IO and registry changes and creates a log, I basically need this tool because I am making an auto installer but I do not know how to monitor what registry keys are being changed.

The program must be able to give me the absolute path of each file changed/copied.
The program must be able to give me the location of registry keys created and their values.

A program like this does exist because I have used it before, but I cannot seem to find it. Does anyone know what I mean?
