I have four people who use the same computer (i.e. same Outlook Express) to retrieve email (Earthlink accounts). I am familiar with Message Rules for the full-blown version of Microsoft Outlook; however, the same rules are not carried over to the Express version (i.e. exclusions).

My problem is that I cannot figure out a way to separate emails coming to all four recipients into their respective folders. With all four email addresses in the To or From field, the only Rule I can create moves all of them to the same folder (i.e. whichever is the first Rule).

I do not understand how to do this within Outlook Express...

If your Email provider allows message rules, then the best place to put them would be in each of the mailboxes there.
You could also set up four separate OE accounts, so each user would have their own OE.
Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one should be silent.
