I am running Window Vista HP and have the above fault codes when my IE browser freezes. I believe it is because I have an outdated Adobe flash player programme, or that Adobe is corrupted. I am being prompted to uninstall and reinstall the programme. Trouble is when I did this, flash player didn't work and I had to do system restore.

My question is has anyone had a similar problem and how did they resolve it.

How did you uninstall Flash? Did you use the Flash Uninstall Tool? Using Add/Remove Programs won't work.

Try uninstalling flash player as suggested: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

Then try installing flash player from here: http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_ie/

For some strange reason, downloading from Adobe site often fails.
