I am having a problem with my Canon C755 printer not printing. I get a error that says spooler service not running. I have checked all that I can think of about the software and I find something that is real odd to me. I have installed the software but when I look for the program it is not listed (MultiPass 3.20). Now here is the kicker I try to re-install the software and it shows that the 3.20 is already installed. Also there is the Cteative launcher part of the software you try and remove it from the computer and it won't let you. I am totaled lost and just don't know of anything to try. Anuone got any suggestions? Many Thanks

Physically remove the printer from the computer
Then uninstall the software
Run the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
See if there are any remnants leftover and remove them
Install per directions, Software first then plug in the printer
