I am getting this random error message. i can't narrow down at which point during using the internet it occurs. I use WindowsXP/SP - Firefox. actually i'm not sure what info you need.

the message reads - illegal operation in plugin - shockwave flash - the plugin performed an illegal operation. you are strongly advised to restart navigator. what should i do? - oops- i just noticed it should have said SP2.

any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Keith
