Hello, this is my first post on BleepingComputers and I wanted to discuss an issue with my computer
This morning I downloaded Tune Up Utilities 2009 & saw that you could modify your boot screen. I m.ade a style, restarted my computer by going onto the start menu, boots up fine. I then tried another one that I made, as soon is it was installed, I pressed the restart button on my PC, and it started up fine, until it got up to the time where the boot screen would come up, but it didn't.

I tried getting into safe mode, but my computer is different, F8 is not the key to get into the menu to choose safe mode, It's something else and I've never figured it out.

I would really like a solution, but not formatting; that is my last resort.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Sandshark23
EDIT: Had to reformat my Hard rive :flowers:
Oh well, you win some, you lose some.
Just some advice: DON'T EDIT YOUR BOOT SCREEN WITH TUNE UP UTILITIES!

Sorry to hear about that, but what you said is good advice: unless you don't mind potentially hosing your system, never modify critical Windows files.
