windows Installer issues

I cant get my computer to stop trying to install a program that's already installed. Help, it's making my PC crawl and even caused the blue screen error! :thumbsup:

What program?

And when you do reply to that, keep in mind, it's looking for components of that program that are missing. Meaning, that particualr program will need to go through a good repair installtion or complete re-install (NOT of windows :thumbsup: ). Good luck!
