Hi all, Greetings.

My PC hanged or freezed intermittenly for past week, using Windows Vista Home Premnium, usually after opening windows after 10-30mins, have to cold boot to restart. have used system restore to go to last windows update, also scan disk, defrag, virus scanned (Ad-aware, AVG, Malwarebytes) ok, however symptoms still persists. At this moment, please advise any other debug steps.

My event viewer log below for the "last" errors, not sure is it any useful, hope any experts can advise...

If this is not the correct forum thread, please kindly advise to which forum should i post to....

Thanks all in advance.

I think you'll find the errors you listed are related to kiwee apps & pyagcore search.

I would run system restore and see if a restore point is available that pre-dates the installation of the offending app.

There is one error there that is Vista -- the 1st one. Here is a MS KB - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/950375

Hi everyone, also thanks for jcgriff2 reply.
I couldn't do any system restore (point not avaliable);
As I am a windows rookie....
Is there any step or procedure to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance.
