Hi,let's see what this reveals about your situation.

Download this Utility and save it to your Desktop.
Double-click the Utility to run it and and let it finish.
When it states Finished! Press any key to exit, press any key to close the program.
It will save a .txt file to your desktop automatically. Double-click on the Win32kDiag.txt file that is located on your Desktop and post the entire contents of that log as part of the reply in the topic you will create below.

Is that the correct name,SECURITY TOOL ??

If so then you will need to run HJT/DDS. If possible.
Please follow this guide. go and do steps 6 thru 8 ,, Preparation Guide For Use Before Using Hijackthis. Then go here HijackThis Logs and Virus/Trojan/Spyware/Malware Removal ,click New Topic, give it a relevant Title and post that complete log.

Let me know if it went OK.

maybe we can find something in Proces Rxplorer that we can stop and let us into the machine.
Use Process Explorer to see what's running at startup.

Please download and run Process Explorer v11.33
Click on File then Save As, create a log.
Copy and paste it into your next reply.
