Recently my firefox AND IE have been crashing and refusing to start. when the crash happens and i try to send a report to mozilla it says there is a problem with sending the report. my first thought was the internet is messed up but i still had a connection and can still play things like games and such. now i am getting system crashes when i try and start either internet browser. i also thought it could be one of the add-on's but i have no way to disable them since i can't get into the browser. should i try to remove and replace both Firefox and IE or could this be a problem with a file that got deleted or what? as far a i know it is not a virus or spy/mal ware, all checks come up clean. anyone else ever experience this?
