Crashes at shutdown

My computer is running win7 professional RTM (waiting for my bought retail to arrive) and every now and then it crashes when I shutdown with seemingly different error messages BSOD this is the dumps from the last time it happened was wondering if anyone could tell me why and what to do about it.
