Alright, So i just logged onto my user name and for some reason i see a program called "Windows PC Defender" on my desktop. And everytime i tried to go to a website on say, internet explorer or firefox they would both crash. So i had to result to safari. Wondering how I could remove this. I've been running a full scan with Malwarebyte's and nothing has really turned up except some old .dll files I never got to deleting.

Here are a few pics.
Moved the files onto my desktop from the folder in "Program Data"

Some alert I got from the program..

Forgot too. Updated and now scanning again. Oh yea, I also have an additional problem to this, Task manager won't start up no matter what I do.
