i had a bug related to antivirus 2010, i tried to run combofix to fix the issues (which worked great in the past)

but i constantly would get a CA antivius warning (win32/sillydl.prr) that the file was infected, and would instantly be deleted regardless of where the combofix was saved

i was able run malwarebytes, but the problem persisted ... eventually, i got combofix to run completely but the CA antivius warning (win32/sillydl.prr) popped up

i tried the combofix on another PC, and i got the same CA antivius warning (win32/sillydl.prr)

any ideas ...?

I too have the identical issue. It just started two days ago. Can't seem to clean the win32/SillyDI.PRR infection.

Hello, to repair this you wil both need to start new topics with an HJT log.
Please note the blue text at the top of this page.

You will need to run HJT/DDS.
Please follow this guide. Preparation Guide For Use Before Using Hijackthis. Then go here HijackThis Logs and Virus/Trojan/Spyware/Malware Removal ,click New Topic, give it a relevant Title and post that complete log.

Let me know if it went OK.
