Then you need to recontact and explain that to them as you need the activation key if you want to use Kaspersky until the trial period expires.
contacted kaspersky and they me gave a link with username and password but it will not let me logon.
Some errors might occur when deleting Kaspersky Anti-Virus product via Start > Control Panel > Add\Remove Programs. As a result the program will not be uninstalled or will be partially uninstalled.
Removal utility allows uninstalling the following products:
* Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0\7.0\2009\2010
* Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0\7.0\2009\2010
* Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations
* Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers
