Hi there!

I have removed Norton software from my computer, but it still in the add and remove list, I followed all the steps given in this forum, but I couldn't find Norton on the registry list, I even tried with some uninstall software no way, I went to Star and Research typed (Symantec) found it and deleted it but Norton still appears in the Add and Remove list.
I'm getting mad

please help!!!!!!!!!!!

A number of programs can remove that entry for you. CCleaner (look under Tools>Uninstall Programs) and Add-Remove Pro come to mind.

I can vouch for ADD-REMOVE PRO. I just downloaded and ran it. My problem was that with 84 programs on my computer, Windows Add/Remove only listed the first 7 of them. I got rid of about 6 programs. This shows the real benefit of a bunch of us talking together. Lovin' this forum. Thanks for the tip.
