Driver IRQL not less or equal--tcpip.sys error BSOD

Hello all! I need your expertise! I just received the BSOD on one of our computer lab computers and this is the error.
Driver IRQL not less or equal 0x000000D1
tcpip.sys Address A8268637 base at A8268000, Datestamp 485b99ad
Any ideas? First time I've seen this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would try installing the latest SP (SP3) for XP.
