I have some *.rm files and I don't wanna install Real Media...Are there any codecs that I can use to see them using Windows Media Player?

I do not believe so, but there are plenty of people who feel the same as you. There are free alternative programs that work great:

Realplayer Alternative


QuickTime Alternative
