after uninstalling trialsoftware from SmartFTP, i can't remove the following file:

SmartFTP Client CopyHook

It says: 'Can't remove SmartHook. Access denied. Check if disc if full or protected against writing or if file is active.'
I checked and as far i know none of it is the case.

I would like to remove this file or at least know why it can't be removed.
Help/info would be appreciated.
My pc runs with Windows XP. And well i'm not really a computer specialist...

Thanks in advance.
