Total Security Not Quite gone

So I think I remove total security, then a couple reboots later, most of it comes back. I've pasted my hijackthis log here. Can someone tell me what to do? Thanks.

Alright, someone may as well close this thread because I managed to get this thing fixed by doing a restore. Since this is someone else's computer, I really wanted to get this fixed as soon as possible, I just couldn't wait. I'll try here another time when I have a problem that doesn't need to be fixed immediately.
