Hi *waves* Asking for my mother so to keep from being long winded, I'll break it down Dragnet style for ya - just the facts

1) she allowed kid to download anti virus program

2) now, at logon screen, her password no longer words

3) give her logon error message saying logon command length is incorrect

4) she does not have original installation disk, computer was given to her

5) nearly every bit of advice of gotten requires that she go to a website to get or download information (we have tried the Control + Alt + Del to take her to another logon page to logon as an administrator, same error message comes on)

6) she cannot go to a website because she cannot access her bleeping computer.
