i have Win2000Pro. I have recently defrag'd 'n did disk cleanup operations and daily to a cCleaner run. I don't know why I am running so slow or why I am getting this crashing and 'low memory' cautions. What can I do to help speed things up. I have gotten rid of old games 'n such that are never used. I have AVG that does a daily scan. Why do I keep crashing 'n such! Help!
