I have been working on this problem for a day now and I'm already frustrated. I have two problems; 1) My system has AVG 8 on it that was screwing me up and I am not able to get rid of it because 2) My system now has Total Secure 2009 on it and it is disabling everything. Oh, I also have Norton somewhat installed I think but I'm not sure because I can't get it working either. I guess that makes three problems. I'm trying to remove the Total Secure 2009 first since that seems to be the one that is causing all of the trouble. I try following steps that I have to do so but I can not execute the .exe file because Total Secure keeps disabling it! How do I get around this???

Thank you,
