Help.. my computer is infected!

I have discovered several of the "fake alerts" on my system... tried downloading some tools to remove but have been unsuccessful, think I may have deleted something before I realized what was going on I can't pull up anything because it says my configuration is wrong... please help me!

Hello. What is your Operating system,Antivirus and spyware tols?

Did you quarantine what you removed? If so try restoring the infected files and see if you run normally. Then we will clean it again.
