Upon turning my computer on it makes two sounds then the screen freezes. At the bottom right of the screen it says Bios settings F2. I have tried pressing F2 but nothing happens. My computer is completely frozen. Help. I have a Gateway desk top. Oh yes it's not my question it's my brothers question, and his computer.
