Windows XP mainstream support ended on 14th April 2009, so no non-security related bugs will be fixed now. However, Microsoft will continue to provide security fixes till 8th April 2014. These fixes will be released every month. Microsoft may release a bundle of such fixes in form of service pack once in a while.

Do not expect too much though. MS has refused to design DirectX 10 for XP. Also MS has refused to provide TCP/IP patch for XP. ( http://blogs.technet.com/msrc/ )

According to Microsoft, no further service packs for XP are planned. See here.
