I am going crazy here!! I formatted hard drive etc., then this message popped up about NYB virus in memory. How in the world do you get a virus out of your memory? Norton sure hasn't detected it. I am totally lost. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you and have a great day!!!!
