last week I ran combofix to remove antivirus pro from a computer and after the computer was cleaned, the ups worldship program didn't work anymore. I called ups and talked with first level techsupport, they had me try some things for about 1/2 hour then escalated me to intermediate tech support. That tech knew about the problem and sent me a registry fix and the worldship program started working right away. If you run in to this problem, ask right away to talk to intermediate tech support and they can get you fixed right up.
