Hello!

I caught a nasty case of Braviax antivrius pro 2010, and it's driving me crazy!

I tried to remove braviax.ex from start up programs using c-cleaner, and I also found 2 instances of it on my c: drive and deleted them. They always are back after reboot.

I run win xp pro, and per the suggestions of other posts here I have tried downloading, renaming, and installing on the desktop, in safe mode, the following: MBAM, combofix, hijackthis, SDFix, Erunt (sp?) but they all get shut down prematurely and no reports are generated.

I did get a Win32kDiag report to run. Should I post it?

Advice on next steps appreciated! thanks in advance!

If you have a Win32kDiag report you can use that to post in the HJT forum
Just let them know that's all you could run

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits
