I cannot play videos on the msn or any home page. I am unable to view videos on youtube. When i try to view them i am prompted to download the latest version of adobe flash player. when i try to download the player, the warning bar appears at the top prompting me to click on it to allow the program to run. when i click on it my computer freezes. Pleeeeease help.

You need to uninstall the old version of Flash first using the Flash uninstall tool. You can download it at this link.
