transferring datas from virtual to base

Hello , I've installed UBUNTU on VMWare and have lots of datas saved in the VMWare. How do I copy those files and songs I have it on the Virtual OS to the base OS which is Windows vista

There is a way you can do it but am not 100% sure on how to do it BUT you will need to bridge the network card to talk to the actual OS on your PC, which should be on the edit tool before you launch the virtual OS. Sorry I couldn't be of much more help.
