Hi All,
I'm a west-coaster transplanted out east when i came for college and still out here for a little while.

I found this site when looking into slow speed issues for my wife's dell xps 1530 laptop. I'll post in the appropriate place, as its suspected to be a malware issue...might be a version of trojan svchost. I'll post in the Am I Infected? section.

Well, its a cloudy day & the first that I've cranked on the heater. Be good to have a functional laptop in this weather, so I'm looking forward to getting this issue fixed!

thanks much!

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
