I like many others have a problem with my bleeping computer.............

My computer is somehow infected and its side effects are difficult for me to cure,so if anyone can assist me i would be very grateful.

Im running windows xp sp3

Most antivirus programs i try and install on my computer come up with some kind of error ,either during installation or when i launch it.

Root Repeal wont launch saying i dont have permision
Superantispyware wont launch
McAfee wont scan

When i go to yahoo or google seach and click a link im redirected.

And alot of virus programs say my computer is clean but i know better.

I cant restore my computer to points before the problem.

It shuts down off and on ,sometimes when virus programs are running

Virus programs dissapear during scans

I ran a program called VIPRE Rescue Program and it discovered trojan.win32.crot.i but it seems to come back.........

Can anyone assist me in removing this ?

Malwarebytes(even after rename) or dr web wont scan

Try this scan to get a log you can submit too the HJT forum

1. Download Win32kDiag from any of the following locations and save it to your Desktop

2. Double-click Win32kDiag.exe to run Win32kDiag and let it finish.
3. When it states "Finished! Press any key to exit...", press any key on your keyboard to close the program.
4. Double-click on the Win32kDiag.txt file that is located on your Desktop and post the entire contents of that log as a reply to this topic.
