Hi,

When I try to use 2 IDE HDDs on the same IDE cable, the BIOS recognises both HDDs but, when I open "My Computer" the OS only recognises only 1 of the HDDs, can anyone tell me whats the cause of this problem and how do I fix this problem.

Thank you.

Are both drives formatted?

Are both drives reflected in Disk Management?

Hi

Ive just realised that the Hard drive which is not showing up in "MyComputer" is NOT pattitioned but, I thought that the Unpartitioned drive would still show up in "MyComputer", it should still show up in "MyComputer" shouldnt it???

Nope. You have to go through disk management to see/format it.
