Hello,
I am a happy google chrome user, for some reason i though i would check out IE8 and within 5 minutes i had a virus, unfortuanately its this nasty one. So i have tried a few things before coming to your site. Namely trying to uninstall antivirus programs like avast and malwarebytes. They do not run. So i started following the preparation outline but the first script does not run and the rootrepeal doesnt run either. so here i am, i'll be waiting.

thank you

This one should work

1. Download Win32kDiag from any of the following locations and save it to your Desktop

http://ad13.geekstogo.com/Win32kDiag.exe

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/rootr.../Win32kDiag.exe

2. Double-click Win32kDiag.exe to run Win32kDiag and let it finish.
3. When it states "Finished! Press any key to exit...", press any key on your keyboard to close the program.
4. Double-click on the Win32kDiag.txt file that is located on your Desktop and post the entire contents of that log as a reply to this topic.
