Ok my mom was using the laptop (Toshiba l305d s5895) last night and she turned it off and said something about a Total shutdown. i don't think that was the cause.
The problem with the laptop is that the screen wont turn on, yet i can hear the system running and the power light is on.And there is no dim light its just off.
I pluged in the charger let it charge for a while still nothing.
When i pluged it in my computer screen it didn't work either.
And i tried turning off and on again still didn't work?
Can some one help me?
