I bought the P90x workout dvds. What I am trying to do is find a way to get the audio off of them and onto my mp3 player. I want to be able to listen to them while working out, but my player will only hold so many files, (and the full dvd is around 4 gigs), so I would have to erase all my songs and install/ uninstall a new workout everyday. I've googled the question and have found numerous programs that say they can do this but none have worked. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can do this?

Audacity is a good program to do that.
