The most I can do is tell you he error I get when trying to boot up in safe mode.

This is the error message that comes up when I try to boot in safe mode. and when I try to boot normal I get the blue screen of death

Could anybody tell me what might be the issue im unable to do anything with my computer at this time.

What error code do you get from the blue screen of death?

If the blue screen flashes by and the computer reboots, then tap F8 like you're going into safe mode, but instead of selecting safe mode, go down to where it says DO NOT REBOOT ON ERROR or something to that effect, so it will stay on the blue screen until you power cycle it. Write down the error code and anything in all caps about 3 lines down, such as UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME.
What's more irrational--a guy who believes in a God he cannot see or a guy who is offended by a God he doesn't believe in?
