This entire drama started with a mail from my network provider, stating my network has been disabled due to a hacker attempting attacks FROM my computer.
This was done most likely through a trojan according to my network provider.
After installing a free new virus scanner: malwarebytes, i found out that my computer was infected with something called rootkit.agent.
I attempted to remove the virus with malwarebytes but that didn't seem to work since the virus came back every time my pc launched.
Then i decided to buy and entire new and good virus scanner: ESET Smart Security, but even this virus scanner was only able to detect the rootkit running in the memory but not actually deleting it.
I contacted Costumer Support but after serveral mails i didn't get a step further.
When time passed the problem became worse, after servaral days the Olmarik virus suddently popped up, while the Rootkit seemingly dissapeard.
Just like the rootkit the Olmarik was only detected runnin in the memory and the virus scanner could't find a file.
After research on the net i discovered Olmarik was often used as programm to install more new virusses on the pc.
and so a day later the next problem popped up:Kryptik.ZS
Desperatly i decided to seach through some communitys with actual proffesional people and ended up here. :(
I hope you guys are able to help me out since im at the brink of trowing my hdd out of the window. :)
Ohh and on the RootRepeal program, i doubt it worked out correctly due to boot errors popping up. changing settings didn't seem to work.
Secondly i got an administrator error aswell, this is most likely due to one of the virusses creating an administrator account wich is only visible in windows safemode.
One last thing, sorry for the bad english and interpunction and keep up the good work :( I've seen you've helped out many other people already.
