I have Windows XP. I went to the Microsoft Download center and found a template that I really needed. I downloaded it. When I tried to install it, I couldn't open it. It had a "sit" file extension. I went back to the center and read what they offered on installation problems. Somewhere it was suggested that a program that was titled "Aladdin" something, could be used to install "sit" files. I downloaded the program (the name has been changed to "stuffit" or something like that. The problem is that it, too, has a "sit" extension! And so I can't open it. Does anyone know what I can do? I really need that template. Thanks.
