Dont know how it got downloaded but its called windows police pro. i cant open programs and on IE it has popups every 2 secs. How to fix this? I cant run even hjthis or combofix by clicking them I get an error message.

someone please help I cant run any apps.

Please save this file to your Desktop. Double-click on it to run a scan. When it's finished, there will be a log called Win32kDiag.txt on your desktop. Please open it with notepad and post the contents here.
