viruses??

hello! my name is jerm and i recently aquired some viruses ( i think) while i was on a road trip. it was a download called "personal antivirus" that i thought was going to help my computer. it turned out to be a virus and im having problems getting rid of it!! a friend of mine told me to check out this website so i ran the scan and have a log. what do i do now??? thanks for any help-------lost in missouri
