This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel.

That keeps poping up whenever i try and do anything. I cant even restore my computer. Can anyone help?

It appears that some malware program has corrupted your Windows registry.

1 Download this file : RestoreExt.INF
2 Save it on your desktop
3 Right click on it and select Install

This wont install anything, but make file association changes to registry so that you can run programs. You must have admin level access to do this.

If you are infected with some kind of malware, do not do anything but please post in the correct section : http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/
