Hi everyone.

Just short introduction.

I'm a ICT Technician in a local school in Kent, England.
I' am always being asked to help fix my friends and families PC's.
But lately more and more are being affected with malware and viruses.
I thought its about time i kept up with latest removal tools and help available.
So i have become a member to learn and ask advice.

Always ask someone who knows first before trying it yourself then there to blame.

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
