Incredimail and Microsoft Outlook setup problems

we have XP Home edition. my wife tried to set up her new email accounts in both Incredimail and Microsoft Outlook. she went thru setup in both programs. she typed her new user name and password into the boxes and did the whole setup proceedure in each program and the"Congradulations! message comes up in Incredimail, "your new account is setup!" and when she trys to check for new mail the same error message pops up in either of them:
Server Details -ERR box locked
why does this msg appear in both programs and how can it be fixed so she can use either one or even just one of the 2 programs?

Check out Google search: Server Details -ERR box locked and see if any scenarios apply to your situation.

I personally would stay with Outlook.
