Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type the following command (the command is case sensitive), and then click OK (be sure to enter the spaces also).

rundll32 setupwbv.dll,IE6Maintenance "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Setup\SETUP.EXE" /g "C:\WINDOWS\IE Uninstall Log.Txt"

If this works then you will need to go to Windows Update and download the neccesary updates.

Well without knowing what files you have moved and where they have been placed there may not be a real good solution or fix, but we won't give up till we get it done.

To start with it will be a good idea to backup all important files & documents.

You can try to extract setupwbv.dll using this method.
Read these 3 KB articles so you will get an idea of what needs to be done.

or

Try to download ie6 sp1 from here and see if it will install.

Post back with your progress.
