Thanks in anticipation of help. I have the podmena redirect google virus that gives multiple pop ups of my AVG 8.5. I am running Windows Vista Home Edition and it is fully upto date with all updates. I have AVG 8.5 and again this is fully upto date. Have read a few forums and posts on this forum suggesting i need to download and install Malwarebytes anti malware, which i have done. I have selected quick scan and set it off running on more than one occassion. It always ends up locking up and i have come back after leaving it overnight and still sits there. Have to reboot PC. What should i do next.
