Okay so everytime i open IE there is a little popup that says globalroot/systemroot/system32ESQUL...and some random letters. I need some help getting rid of whatever is causing this because my Norton will not even scan and i think that has something to do with it. please help.

Judging from a Google search and hits like this http://community.norton.com/norton/board/m...thread.id=19019 computer is infected, ESQUL rootkit they say, so post in other forum asap - in case those who move post miss this. Think this where you should go http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/
