I think I may have some form of google redirect or another virus. I have the same symptoms people have when they go to google, it redirects to another website. It also plays audio ads. I've also noticed that I can't seem to run anything to install software.. it seems like it changes the file name and adds "[1]" to a file. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Update- I have this problem fixed I beleive.
