I have Mcafee 8.0 installed in my PC. Whenever i insert my pen drive
i have an autorun.inf file inside it..
I delete that using command prompt by suppressing the attributes like -h -r -s -a
and then deleted it..
But when i insert the pen drive again it has the autorun.inf again..
So i scanned the pen drive using mcafee 8.0 (updated to date..). At the beginning of the scan
it scans a folder named "cache " and it shows the file as "tm983.exe".
When i checked the pen drive for that folder in command prompt, it tells there is no such
file or folder..
Please help me solve this..
When i insert a brand new pen drive inside it and after the usage
it also has a autorun.inf and in the scanning progress in shows
scanning "cache" file name "tmp983.exe"..
